Ingredients:
- 1 Medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 Large apple (cored and chopped)
- 1 Cup spinach
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 Cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 Cup ice cubes
- 1 Teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the beetroot.
- Core and chop the apple.
- Add the beetroot, apple, spinach, lemon juice, water or coconut water, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
